Are you a young adult looking for community? Whether you're in college, trade school or already in the working world, there's a place for you within GreenHouse!
What to expect: Tonight at 7pm we will start with a time of worship After this, we will break into “tracks” where you will have the option to choose what you’d like to learn about. We will finish up by 9pm, but feel free to stick around after for snacks, games, and mingling.
We will be in tracks for these six weeks this spring: 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/20, 3/27, and 4/3.
The five track options are:
A Mentally Healthy Faith - We’ll be exploring with clinical psychologist, Dr. Henry Cloud, the parallels between your mental health and spiritual life. The main goal of this track is to connect, or reconnect, us to Christ’s love.
Pathways to Spiritual Growth - Training you to better understand and position yourself for the Spirit of God to work in you. You will be challenged and awakened in your understanding of how to grow as a disciple of Jesus.
Sharing the Good News - Equipping you with skills and tools to aid in your sharing Jesus with your friends.
Diving into God’s Word: practicing personal Bible study - We’ll be learning how to spend time in God’s Word using the tools “MAPS” and “PRAY”. We’ll practice using these tools with the different genres in Scripture.
Investing in Groups of People - Learn ways to help others grow spiritually in a group setting including how to tailor your coaching based on their stage of spiritual maturity.
Location: Our Thursday night gatherings are at our church: New Hope (2170 E Saginaw Hwy, EL).
